It was a terrible experience. I was there for fixing some old light shadows at the tip of my hair. Since the root was my original color,I was pretty calm about the application. However,when I was there to explain what I want, a lady finished the talk saying “a piece of cake”. Then the hair dresser, who was supposed to fix the shadows ,spent a long time to dye the root. When I asked about it, I was told it was the procedure?! They could not adjust the amount of the dye and they prepared it 3 times which resulted with a mismatch all along my hair.Now the root of my hair has a different color, the mid part and the tips are completely dark. And it is the result after dying twice, because the first one was a complete disaster. It is not my first time to a hairdresser and this team of hairdressers was the biggest fail. This was the most terrible experience by far. I could not find any other words to express my feelings and disappointment. I will definitely share this horrible experience with others.

I was in search of a new hairstylist who could manage my curly hair and decided to book an appointment with Mia and it was by far the best decision I made for my hair. I am very picky with my hair and Mia went above and beyond with my hair color and cut. She took the time to make sure she understood what I wanted and I’m in love with the results. Salon Dolcetto is a very nice place and the people there are very warm and friendly. Mia is my hair stylist, and like another reviewer, I followed her from her previous salon – she is that great! I am honest enough to say that I am can be very particular and a bit demanding, but Mia always says that I am a learning challenge for her, and she always does it with a smile. She is always on time and accommodating to schedules; she cuts and styles my hair beautifully and even better it grows out just as beautiful! If you want a great stylist, go to Salon Dolcetto and definitely ask for Mia!
