I have gone there 3 times now, all of the ladies are so very sweet. Setting up appointments with them is also very easy. My gal did such an amazing job all 3 times, the last 2 times I went I had money pieces done and the bottom section she did this really ritch chocolate color and I absolutely loved it so I had her do my whole head in that color this time. I also asked for light layers and she did curtain bangs and light layers, absolutely in love with everything she did. They are all amazing, definitely will keep recommending this salon!!

Critical: ProfessionalismI was overcharged for my daughter’s hair style, quoted $35 and charged $55. I called to complain and the owner Sara said they do not give refunds. I was appalled that they would charge $55 for this hair style. I ended up having to cancel her appointment for Senior Pictures same day. I was disappointed in the lack of customer service. My daughter tried to tell them to not do an updo and to not charge for wedding hair and they failed to disclose what the new cost would be. The hairdresser Charity insisted on continuing to style her hair this way saying well I already started.. We will not be going back to Salon Dolce. They can keep my money but they loose my service. I could have styled her hair to look like this. Everyone I asked was shocked at how awful her hair looked. I honestly wouldn’t even pay $35 let alone $55 for this service. **ALSO the quote was for a curl and style and she didn’t even get her hair shampooed.** please remove my daughter’s name from your public response!*** Also her hair needed more than a few tweaks.. give me a break! The staff are very friendly and it’s such a cute shop. However, I went in for a perm and just wasn’t happy with the results. I had in my mind loose curls, I showed three photos and one explanation of the process to achieve the look. I was told one photo was with a curling iron, and the other two looked like perms. I wound up with extreme spirals and fried ends particularly on one side. The side the manager rolled turned out what you would expect from a spiral perm. The other side was not wrapped properly and damaged the ends. Also, the underneath has a more relaxed look than the rest because the stylist removed five or so of the curlers half way through the process and left the rest intact. The hair stylist seemed a bit unfamiliar and uncomfortable with the process. Though I do appreciate her conversation, the attempt, and the time she took on it. I sort of wish I had gone somewhere with more experience with perms.

They were very nice but I really hate my haircut. Everytime I look at it I dislike it more. I showed pics of what I wanted, told them I hate short bangs. They cut my bangs way too short and they aren’t even. I have tojust keep a hat on because it’s too short to fix. I got a pixie cut. But all of it is too short. Haircut

We went from long, unmanageable hair to a fun flowy easy to maintain cut. The service was incredible and the atmosphere was even better! Their prices are so reasonable for the quality you receive while in their care. We will be repeat customers from now on!

I do not recommend salon dolce. I wasted 500 dollars here for Taylor to leave me with a complete mess and had to end up bleaching it myself. My first appointment the blonde on my roots faded fast and was not as bright as I wanted. She told me it was the product I’m using at home that was affecting the toner. So I set up another appointment and bought the Kevin Murphy products they recommended, this next appt came to about 280 after tip…. I told her I just wanted blonde hair, not ombré or highlights. She bleached the top completely and left the bottom exactly how it was.. I left with half purple hair and she assured me multiple times that she would fix it if it didn’t “even out” after a week when the purple toner faded out… As I guessed, it ended up being a reverse ombré with the top of my hair completely bleached white and the rest left alone with my natural brown color throughout. so I took photos and let her know. her response was that I would have to pay for a whole new appt since they would have to use a full bleach again…? She literally only put it on the top of my head and I have photos. Really terrible service and a huge waste of money. I don’t like confrontation and am really easy to please so this was not a good experience for me.
