Positive: QualityI haven’t had my hair done in a professional place since I was in my 20’s. I was taking care of my family and didn’t make time for myself. I have been cuting my own hair and going to beauty school students for the past 20 years. They do a pretty good job but you need someone with experience to create a new look. I decided to pamper myself and go all out . I wasn’t sure what I wanted, but I had full confidence in Denise and her team to select a hair color that would fit my style. I was so pleased with the color and final results. My family and co workers were amazed with the changes in my hair. I haven’t had my hair done in a professional place since I was in my 20’s. I was taking care of my family and didn’t make time for myself. I have been cuting my own hair and going to beauty school students for the past 20 years. They do a pretty good job but you need someone with experience to create a new look. I decided to pamper myself and go all out . I wasn’t sure what I wanted, but I had full confidence in Denise and her team to select a hair color that would fit my style. Critical: ProfessionalismI had made an appointment in advance with the owner of the salon, Denise. The day of the appointment, she was a no show. The salon was closed and no one was inside the salon. The salon is located in the rear of a coffee shop, so I asked the employee if she knew about the salon closing. After she knew my situation, the employee attempted to contact Denise without success. Therefore, I left and never got a call or anything to apologize for the inconvenience. I had made an appointment in advance with the owner of the salon, Denise. The day of the appointment, she was a no show. The salon was closed and no one was inside the salon. The salon is located in the rear of a coffee shop, so I asked the employee if she knew about the salon closing. After she knew my situation, the employee attempted to contact Denise without success. Critical: ProfessionalismI went to get my hair done Friday By Priscilla and I showed her exactly what I wanted she took it upon herself to do the opposite of what I wanted and gave me blonde hair when I wanted chestnut tones. She did not explain any of the process as to what she was doing. My hair was bleached over processed now it’s super dry and feels like hay. I’m just overall disappointed with my experience At this salon. My hair cut is choppy and now I have to get it cut shorter to fix the damage that was done So it’s going to be even shorter with my natural curly hair. I went to get my hair done Friday By Priscilla and I showed her exactly what I wanted she took it upon herself to do the opposite of what I wanted and gave me blonde hair when I wanted chestnut tones. She did not explain any of the process as to what she was doing. My hair was bleached over processed now it’s super dry and feels like hay.
