Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in to get extensions done by Kelsey. The experience I had was absolutely horrible.First, we had my appointment 2 weeks in advance to get the hair extensions in, well she didn’t order them until 2 days before my appointment and they didn’t have what I needed so I had to reschedule and wait another 2 weeks because she didn’t order on time.Next, she told me the extensions will last 6 months. I know lots of people who have had extensions and when done correctly it can actually last longer. Well my extensions started falling out the next morning! When I told this to Kelsey she said it was because I didn’t use the right shampoo even though I informed her at the appointment what shampoo I planned on using and she said that was fine. So I went and bought the shampoo she told me to buy.2 months later my hair is almost all the way out!!! I have had minimum 3-5 pieces come out a day!! I told Kelsey about this and she said she could take them out and try tape ins. When I explained to her that I had already spent over $800 for this and I won’t spend anything else because she messed up and needed to fix it. She refused to do anything and started blaming me for it all. I called 7 different salons and every single one told me that even if I used the wrong products and took horrible care of them, this wouldn’t be happening. They all said she didn’t put them in correctly or she bought cheap awful hair.So I proceeded to ask if I could get some money back than because it was supposed to last 6 months and only last 2. She told me no because she did everything correctly and I messed up so it’s not her problem.I than went to try to talk to dion to see what he could do. I just wanted to get what I paid for. Even if they just fixed it I would’ve been happy. He told me there was nothing he could do without me paying more money. I tried to explain that I paid $800 for everything and I just want what I was promise and want what I paid for. All he had to say was “sorry.”I will never go back here for anything again. They took my money, false advertised, and refused to fix there mistakes. I highly recommend going anywhere else but here. I have saved up to get extensions and I have been wanting them for 4 years but was never able to get them until now, and Salon Dion ruined that for me. Own up to your mistakes, and fix what you do wrong. It’s sad when people care more about money than being a decent human being.I went in to get extensions done by Kelsey.
