Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityToday was my first time at Salon di Sorelle. I had to find a new hair stylist as my stylist of 5+ years cut back on her hours and it no longer worked with my availability. I made an appointment with Amy, the owner, for eyebrow waxing and a haircut. First off, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the salon and COVID policies in place. Amy was very warm and welcoming as was the rest of the staff. She did a great job on my eyebrows; she did not overpluck them or wax too much (I do like my thick eyebrows!) and my eyebrows and skin felt much better afterwards than my previous salon – no redness, no swelling or stinging at all. She did a great job on my hair and listened to what I wanted. Amy made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She is very friendly and easy to talk to. Today was my first time at Salon di Sorelle. I had to find a new hair stylist as my stylist of 5+ years cut back on her hours and it no longer worked with my availability. I made an appointment with Amy, the owner, for eyebrow waxing and a haircut. First off, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the salon and COVID policies in place. They have the greatest products and will explain how to use each. I am extremely happy with my hair.update after Covid: I highly recommend Salon di Sorelle. Every color and cut is perfect and the products are of the highest quality. My hair grew during covid shut down but it kept its shine and luster because of the products they sell. The salon is gorgeous and has a great atmosphere, the staff are friendly, and the salon is super clean. Absolutely NO concerns visiting when they reopened during the COVID pandemic.
