I got a color and at the end I told her I didn’t like the color, she told me it would lighten as it dried, well I got home and I still hated it. I called to tell them after spending $250 I hate the color. The stylist did let me come in a week later to help lighten it, she showed a pic to another stylist and asked what he thinks she should do and after he told her she asked me “your wanting today to be free correct” I said yes and she looked at him and said “I’m not doing that for free” like I didn’t pay last week. Then after she did some highlights and washed it out she asked if I wanted to leave or sit under the dryers. So not only was she just going to let me go with soaking wet hair, but she also did not care at all if I even liked it.
