I had a consult with Carrie and she fit me in just a few hours after for highlights and a hair cut/style which is very time consuming. Carrie was very kind and made sure she knew exactly how i wanted my hair as well as gave me her own professional input. During my consultation she gave me a price breakdown of how much it would cost to get what I want and the results turned out very identical to my reference picture. She took her time and did a fantastic job!! I will definitely be coming back again. I absolutely loved this solan. I am very picky about the way I like my hair and it was my first time getting it colored. I had a consult with Carrie and she fit me in just a few hours after for highlights and a hair cut/style which is very time consuming. Aileen spent 10 minutes with me discussing what I wanted, showing her pictures, and how she was going to achieve the rich color I desired. She is very professional and courteous. She explains every step and keeps you at easy. She spent a lot of time with me. She colored my hair, did some auburn highlights, and put on a glaze. It look amazing! Everyone I know loved it. They have a variety of companies they use to make the perfect hair color unlike some other salons who stick to one brand. Also, the coloring did not burn my scalp unlike when my other salon does it. That was a plus! The assistants were helpful to Aileen as well during the whole process. The owner even took the time to complement my color. Excellent service!!! Very professional and my hair looks AMAZING! Aileen did my color and asked a bunch of questions about my previous colors and an idea of what I’d like to see my hair look like.
