I am really surprised to see the below review about Robin. I have been going to her for color and cuts for over 10 years. I have never had a bad experience with her EVER! She educates me when I have questions about my hair, she always listens to what I want, and I always leave the salon refreshed and beautiful. I also love that Robin treats me like a sister. I love her humor. She makes me feel like I am with a good friend. Do yourself a favor and don’t listen to one bad review. Book an appointment with Robin and experience what I and many others do with Robin!

If I could give this place 0 stars I really would. This is my second time being here as my first experience with this hair salon was really great with Sonia however she is moving to another state. So Yesterday I had a hair appointment for a cut and blow dry with Robin. At first I was greeted nicely. However shortly after I was laughed at because Robin and her friend, Donna decides to make fun of me because my hair which was tangled because I was really thick hair. I was constantly mocked at. At first, I was trying to ignore it but I just felt extremely unhappy with the service and this is my second time being here and this never happened before. I told Robin the hair cut I want, my hair cut medium to short length with front frame layers. She did not do that. Instead she gave me one straight cut which I paid $60. Also, Donna who did my wash, did not do it well. She did not take her time. And Throughout getting my hair done, Robin made remarks “see Malina this is why I drink” and also, they had no money in the register because they’re under new ownership. And Robin and her friend kept talking so loudly across the room and it really took away from what I wanted, a peaceful hair wash, cut and blow dry. If you decide to go to this hair salon, I would really avoid Robin and her friend Donna as your hair stylist. Absolutely disgusting customer service and nasty women.

I found a Groupon for this place and worried that since I was paying less I might get less service, but I could not have been more wrong. Angela did an amazing job on my hair, taking her time and making sure it was just right. And she was so sweet and friendly too! Everyone there seemed super nice, and the place was nice and clean. Best hair cut I’ve gotten in a long time. I’ll definitely be back!

Great place. Hairstylist Robin is fabulous. She listens to what I have in mind for color or style and makes fantastic suggestions, never disappoints. Jackie, Sonia, Corinne (and entire staff) are very talented. Everyone is so friendly here, I always feel welcome and right at home. Sonia, new owner, has done a great job remodeling. It is a very clean salon! You are in good hand here!

Salon Deore is an amazing salon run by incredible and inspiring women! It is clean, bright, and very welcoming! I love going in just to get a quick haircut, everyone who works there is incredibly friendly and are more than happy to help me with whatever I want done.
