From the moment I walked in until the time I walked out, my experience was absolutely splendid! Shaynna Grosso was my stylist. She trimmed and colored my hair to perfection. I have the most stubborn grays! When She was done… every single one was covered with fabulous color. She is literally an Artist! Shaynna was also very professional and kind. I did my whole head vivid colors and got a cut. The prices were on the higher side that I have paid for vivid color (the highest to be honest) but what they do is hard work and the work speaks for itself. I won’t be able to go as often as needed/as I would like because I will have to save up and adulting is crazy but I when I can go I now found an amazing hair stylist. Had a lovely first experience at the salon! Gorgeous inside and the staff was wonderful! I did my whole head vivid colors and got a cut. The prices were on the higher side that I have paid for vivid color (the highest to be honest) but what they do is hard work and the work speaks for itself. Critical: ProfessionalismI had a terrible experience there. My hair dresser promised to keep her prices from her previous salon, but instead charged me 100% more! Her new manager dictated, what to charge me for. I know for sure, that she put baby highlights, but charged me for balayage and another color. I had a terrible experience there. My hair dresser promised to keep her prices from her previous salon, but instead charged me 100% more! Her new manager dictated, what to charge me for. I know for sure, that she put baby highlights, but charged me for balayage and another color.
