For the second time, I’ve arrived for an appointment I made over the phone to be told that the appointment didn’t exist. The first time, another stylist was available (or I could wait 90 minutes for my stylist). Today the owner, whom I made the appointment with two days ago, acted like I was the one who was confused. I have an event to attend this afternoon and am in disbelief. Go elsewhere.

Alex is beyond talented. She has the ability to asses what her clients want and her vision of what she as a professional sees. As someone who has spent years trying to grow my hair out she has helped me reach this goal. She “dusts” the ends off and leaves me with my length and clean smooth ends. I highly recommend her to anyone who is trying to grow their locks out or ready to take the plunge into a new style. I am so thankful to have found her as a stylist. The salon itself is clean and has a nice ambiance.

Salon Delphine is beautiful. What cuts my hair and I literally wait until we come to Naples to have it cut. I’m going for a pedicure next week and maybe a manicure as well. The spa also offers facial,massage and several other options. The salon is always busy, but is quiet and super clean. I’m a fan!
