To preface, I have only experienced an eyebrow waxing here and not a haircut- so I cannot speak to what the salon is like for their main service offerings. My eyebrow appointment was abysmal enough to prompt a review. First, the chair for waxing is not private but in view of the entire salon. The woman spent the first 10 minutes trying to convince me why I shouldn’t wax my eyebrows and why waxing will cause me to lose eyebrow growth (I’ve been waxing my eyebrows for about 15 years now and have not had problems with this). After gently arguing back and forth, she took me into what seemed like their kitchen for better lighting to look at my eyebrows. It was a really strange experience and very unprofessional. I left without a wax.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI wouldn’t go back to this salon if it was the last salon on the earth! Debra, the owner is not professional, rude and does not know what she is doing. Do not go here for a Brazilian Blowout…you will not only have ruined hair but pay a fortune for it. Terrible.

A month ago I purchased two Groupon haircut and color deals , one for myself and one for my daughter. I went to my appointment and once I got there I was told that I could only get my roots touched up, not a full color as the Groupon implied, unless I wanted to pay more. A case of false advertising, just to get you in the door. I called today to book my daughters appointment and was told that the stylist that did my hair had left, and none of the other stylist would book us because the would not honor the Groupon price. I spoke with the manager and explained that this is bad business, if I pay for a service that you are offering, you have to honor it. Salon Debonaire feels differently. I am sorry that the stylist that handles the Groupon clients left, but that is not my problem, a good salon owner would plan for unexpected events like this, not leave her clients hanging. And to beat it all, they are still selling the same offer, with no one to service it.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValuePrices aren’t worth the results given. Not to mention Debra (the owner) is very wishy washy and rude… gives off a very psychotic and unstable vibe. Do yourself a favor and take your business to a salon that is more professional and welcoming. I have better things to do than steer you wrong 🙂

Professional Home Services
Debra is an artist ! She knows her craft and will not let you do something that will make you look bad. I have been going to her salon for close to 20 years. They have a beautiful newly renovated salon done a few years back. She keeps up with the times, not only in the salon. But with all the new styles and colors. If you are looking for someone who is a good listener, who’s honest and has the licensing and experience, who has the education on safe ways to formulate all types of color. You have found her !

Really disappointed – made an appt to get an expensive straightening service done and the morning of I found out the straightening solution they ordered hadn’t even arrived. That should have been taken care of much earlier. I would have been happy if I’d gotten the offer to somehow make this right, since I even took the day off work, but that didnt happen. I just got a text saying they couldn’t do it today. So instead, I made a new appointment elsewhere.
