The receptionist are sweet and keep you well informed on your appointment or when you’ll be seated when you walk in. The stylist are so neat and thorough with what you like and how you want your hair did. The overall aesthetic is welcoming, pleasant, very professional, and sanitary. If you have somewhere to be don’t go to this salon. You can pay $100 plus the price to of the package you select to get a quicker service. You have to pay for service before you even sit in the chair which was unheard of. What if I didn’t like the style would have made me pay extra for you to fix it. The receptionist didn’t have the best customer service etiquette but that what you pay for going into an establishment like this place. There was 3 braiders and 1 stylist with 15 people waiting. This was the worse experience ever. Thank goodness for a professional hair stylist that put me in her chair and I made my flight! What will I do with this credit cause I refuse to go back here again! I’m heart broken because I love supporting women businesses and this is what you get. Beware walk-in service means just that pay 6 hour wait time. Or pay $195 and get the works. I’ll stay with my stylist who is more timely and professional. Sorry for it being negative I really hoped they were better than the other place.

Other than the wait time being long as ever my experience here was great. Friendly staff members and my hair stylist met my expectations and more. My recommendation to anyone is if you’re going to go on the weekend try to get there before they open so that you can get a good spot in line. Other than that the best thing to do is schedule an appointment throughout the weekday.

The salon is cleaned, well maintained and the staff greets you with an air of professionalism. But that’s where the courtesy stops. I took my sister here for her hair installation. After the first hour of waiting, she finally gets in the chair and gets started only to be made to get back up and go to the waiting area with no explanation. I go to the desk and ask what happened and find that someone with an appointment had just arrived and was given her place. We were then made to wait another 2 hours before being seen again. I understand prioritizing appointments but I’ve never heard of being told to get up while they took the late arrival. And while they made us wait they proceeded to do the receptionist’s hair in the middle of her shift. They could’ve told us when we called that they had so many appointments there would likely be a long wait and we might have scheduled our own. Instead they continued taking walk-ins knowing that a stylist was not going to free up for another few hours. An hour before closing time they had a total of six clients waiting and not a single stylist was more than 50% done with her current client. We would (and should) have left long ago had she not prepaid for her work.

Took my daughter to get her hair done and “I” washed her hair before arriving. The manager told me that all services had to be paid for before they could start her hair. Once I paid my $75 I was told that my daughters hair needed to be rewashed. I told her I would just take the wash but no curls. That left me with a $10 refund that I was told I couldn’t get my money back. Mind you I just paid the money less then 10 minutes before I was told my daughter needed a wash and I left a tip. The manager on duty was not welcoming and unpleasant.

Critical: ProfessionalismWhile the place is polite and clean the assistant manager did my hair was not. The frontal that I clearly asked if she could do was terrible. The edges rolled back and would not stay flat. I went back for her to correct it and she had an attitude. But you got my money. Never again, terrible customer service.

I just got my hair done and I am so pleased with everything. I ended up coming in earlier before my appointment and I was expecting to wait but they saw me right away. The girls was wonderful and the place was very clean and I keep seeing the girls disinfect their stations after each customer. They were clean, nice and professional. I will definitely be returning and recommending!
