My daughters first homecoming so we make apt. We arrive a few minutes early the staff is very friendly and the place was very well put together. So we waited about 10 to 15 minutes past apt time now finally in the chair. The stylist seemed clueless and couldn’t accomplish anything my daughter wanted including braids. So I ended up paying for a hair style that I could have accomplished at home not to mention it only lasted an hour I was having to fix it several times before even arriving at the dance. Seemed to only be this particular stylist, the rest if the stylists around me were doing formal updos and they were so pretty. I’m not sure what happened. Great experience from the time I arrive the receptionist was very attentive and polite. Shelly did my haircut and she really took the time to ask me how I wanted it. It turned out great. Also had a facial and I loved it. Forgot the lady’s name but she did great very pleasant experience will keep coming back here. I highly recommend them.

This is the best Salon in Virginia. It’s absolutely perfect. Every person working there is positive. Seasoned Stylist and work with the clients to give them what they want and need. Professional all the way, and they have Pedicure, Manicure, Facials, all Licensed and confident. They work with Disabled people is such a calm, non Judgemental approach. You feel like they really want you to be there. No loud screaming, yelling, or rudeness. Calming atmosphere, no loud music, or aggressive actions. It’s so clean my OCD alert fell asleep. It’s been a long time since I went to a Salon, felt comfortable and trusted my Stylist and staff. I had horrible trauma with the other salons out here in Palmya Virginia and thought I would never find a REAL SALON…. I highly recommend this Salon for ALL your Cosmology needs. You may pay a bit more but you get what you pay for. Their products are top of the line, the service is 5 stars, the hygiene is A+, the Atmosphere is important for me, and calming peaceful atmosphere is a must for me.. I went in with a horrible mess from another salon close by here and Salon de Shano gave me hope, not to mention my hair looked like a new person, and my confidence was on top of the world. I will never go back to any other Salon but this one. They have everything a girl needs..

The service here is absolutely amazing. Lauren has done my hair twice now and I will not go anywhere else for a dye job. She really took the time to make sure I liked what the end result was and that I was happy, comfortable the whole time, and was so personable. I have nothing but good things to say! Worth the price to have it done correctly and looking great.
