For example, her sign outside states, “Walk-In’s Welcome,” but that is not true, so I suggested you should remove it since it throws people off.Her answer was, well they should know. So how would you know until you walk in, then she tells you that you have to make an appointment or comeback later, when its convenient for her vs. being convenient for the customer.
