Eh I went to this place for the 1st time today because the place were I always go was already close so I decided to give it a try but, she didn’t shape my eyebrows, she just remove the hairs that were growing around I’m gonna have try to fix them a little bit them myself at least she didn’t make them too thin so still can be fixed

I came to this location for about a year but only to a specific lady who relocated, now they have new staff some that don’t even speak a bit of English so when you tell them the wax is too hot they ignore you. I came to this location for about a year but only to a specific lady who relocated, now they have new staff some that don’t even speak a bit of English so when you tell them the wax is too hot they ignore you. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went there for days ago to get my lashes done and they started falling out the next day! They are supposed to last 2-3 weeks not just days,. So I go back and they replaced my lashes which included the lady ripping out several of my lashes & BURNING MY EYES from the removal creme just for the new set to start falling off the next morning. I went back to tell them that I wanted a refund since I’ve had two sets of brand new lashes in four days and none of them have stayed on my eyes for more than 24 hours of wearing them I wanted my money back and he said he told me he could only give me $15 of the $40 I paid it’s a total rip off. The lender continued to say he can o my do 15$ because then it’ll be his loss LIKE HELLO ! I paid full price for a set of lashes that are supposed to last 2-4 weeks and not to mention my eyes really hurt from removal and the redo. I can’t believe it happened. This would have been a 5 star experience if they had asked me what I wanted with my eyebrow threading. I didn’t speak up and just let them do what they do best. In the end, my eyebrows were much thinner than I would of wanted and I get that was 100 percent my responsibility yet I wish they had asked before they started.
