I was there a week ago, the place was pretty decent, great customer service. They would offer complimentary drinks and would make you feel really comfortable. Scheduling for an appointment was not even a problem at all. The reason for my 3 stars is that it is my 1st time dying my hair and the process went smoothly, I was even so excited, however, the end result was not as expected or even close to my sample picture and it left my hair very dry. Feels like the whole session damaged my hair when infact, they deep conditioned my hair at the end.. With the price they charged me and the outcome, I was disappointed..

I had a lovely experience here! All of the ladies were really nice and very professional:) I did highlights in my hair and it cost more since I had super long hair. Anyone can easily book an appointment online and they should contact you by call or text after a few minutes or so. 🙂

I recently went there to get my hair bleached and then color in certain spots there were 3 workers there and the 2 were doing my hair and the 3rd one was doing my cousins. The 2 that we’re doing my hair were obviously new and learning they did not tell us this but it was obvious because they kept asking the third lady what to do next and at one point I said “I have a question” and the lady who was doing my hair called over the other lady and said “could you answer her question because I won’t know the answer”. Also when the 2 ladies were bleaching my hair one was doing the left side the other was doing the right side they were both aggressively pulling at my hair and I told them multiple times it hurt but they did not do it anymore gently also they would pull out large chunks of my hair out. And also they lady doing my hair was really passive aggressive towards me and had a bad attitude. I would definitely not recommend this place.
