Went to this salon today for the first time after having not switched stylists and salons for the last 20 years. I will definitely be back. The environment was very friendly and welcoming. The person who worked on my hair listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job making my fine and limp hair look good again. Great experience. Highly recommend

Honestly sad about this place. The reviews seemed great and I called to make an appointment but the lady said to just come in there wasn’t a wait. I go in and there was no greeting or acknowledgment. there were 2 guys before me then out of nowhere a few more guys went ahead of me. Finally after what seemed forever it my turn there was no apology for the wait and she didn’t clean the chair or the floor from the previous gentleman and then she proceeded to use the same cape from the gentleman before me and it was covered in hair. I was too scared to say anything because I didn’t want her to mess with my hair I should’ve walked away at this point but I really needed a haircut. When she brushed my hair oh my god it was the worst pain. She was so rough and didn’t brush from the bottom towards the top she was just yanking on my hair I couldn’t wait to leave it was a miserable experience. She didn’t talk to me at all I felt so awkward but she was chatting away in Spanish to her coworker. MY FIRST AND LAST TIME HERE! I was being cheap I should’ve never cheated on the full spectrum hair salon. I’ll be going back to my stylist.

I am very pleased with my first experience here! I was wanting something very different (had long straight hair to below my shoulder blades) but wasn’t completely sure what. I had no wait (even as a walk-in) and Mary Carmen did a fabulous job! Fine, straight blonde hair is hard to cut and not show flaws but I’ve had my cut (a bob) a whole week and love it! I will definitely be going back!
