I went in to get my hair washed and flat iron i asked Carolina how much it’s gonna cost she said $65 she clip my hair ends and then charged me $85 instead. She used the cheapest shampoo to do it , used no conditioner, no moisturizer nothing and to tap it off she complained about my hair to the lady next to her in Spanish the whole time doing it and didn’t know I understood what she was saying because am black not knowing I am married to a Cuban for 14 years. If I could give a zero I would. I had the worst experience ever and wasted my money. I have to put my hair up for work the next day
