The salon is very professionally run, from ease in making appointments to being greeted and escorted in upon arrival. I have never had to wait and always have a positive experience. There’s a great atmosphere and a current vibe throughout the space. Most importantly, Benjamin always makes my hair look better than it ever has! I wouldn’t think about going anyplace else.

The owners have created a special oasis in Westport and I always leave feeling as though I’ve just been on vacation. The vibe is cool, synergistic energy from the entire staff and if you can get Ralph to wash your hair- things are really looking up! I feel sensational every time I walk out of Salon Dada I’ve been coming to see Alex for several months and couldn’t be more satisfied with the care, creativity and thoughtfulness she puts into my hair and color! The owners have created a special oasis in Westport and I always leave feeling as though I’ve just been on vacation. Ralph is great and really provides a next level customer experience, with great attention to detail. The rest of the staff was excellent as well. Critical: QualityGave clear instructions of what I wanted and what I didn’t want. Got exactly what I said it was my worst fear! Had my hair completely ruin with extreme discoloration and left the salon looking awful, not only the color was horrible but now my hair was completely damaged, my hair was so dry that I left with bangs I never had before from breakage!!! That hair that spikes up and can’t be fixed. Not to mention the professional who made the mistake was extremely rude after I said I didn’t like the results, and she couldn’t fix it… they tried but the damaged was so bad that they weren’t able to mend it. Its been about three months and I’ve done several treatments to hidrate my hair but its still very damaged ever since. They didn’t charge me, but I would never trust then my hair again, unfortunately. Gave clear instructions of what I wanted and what I didn’t want. Got exactly what I said it was my worst fear! Had my hair completely ruin with extreme discoloration and left the salon looking awful, not only the color was horrible but now my hair was completely damaged, my hair was so dry that I left with bangs I never had before from breakage!!!
