I LOVE Salon D. Not only do these ladies and gentleman really know what they’re doing, but they have the absolute best customer service and are fantastic with both kids and adults. I usually get my hair done by Denise (cut, color, highlights), though my kids and I have gone to almost everyone there and had nothing but the best experience. Highly, highly recommend. Reasonable prices, too.

Jessica highlighted my hair and it looks absolutely amazing – very natural. She asked me a ton of questions, was very communicative and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I had such a great experience. Very ‘no fuss’ hair salon, very fair pricing. I am definitely going to go back to her for trims and upkeep!! She also offered to do my hair and makeup for an upcoming wedding – so so nice. Highly recommend!

Michelle has been doing my hair for years and has recently joined Salon D19. What an amazing salon everyone is so sweet and accommodating! It’s a salon you can walk into and not feel awkward…the owner is the sweetest and has so much pride in her salon! Michelle is so amazing she asks several questions to make sure she is giving you the exact look you want. She takes her time and always has the best results, you will never leave unhappy or feel rushed. What a hidden gem of a salon.

The eyelash technician, Sylvianne who is downstairs did not apply my eyelash extensions correctly nor is she professional. My eyelash extensions were an absolute mess and I expressed my concern the day I had the lashes applied. I went in two days later and Sylvianne continued to argue with me telling me there was nothing wrong. She removed the eyelashes like I requested and did not refund me, just told me to text her for another appointment as if I would ever go back. The TV was blasting the first time I went. When I went back to remove my eyelashes, she left me laying there my eyes basically glued shut to talk to people upstairs… not only that she was talking to another client while my eyes were glued shut so who knows what they were saying. VERY uncomfortable. She was also texting in the middle of her removing my eyelashes. Who knows if she sanitized in between, I couldn’t tell since my eyes were basically glued shut. If it were possible I would give them 0 stars. Would not recommend.
