Critical: QualityOne image is what I showed the stylist when I walked in. My hair was nice healthy, brown with a touch of gray, grown down to a few inches past my shoulders. I asked if the color was something she could realistically do with my hair. She said yes. The other image shows what she did with my hair. I refused to pay for it, and the owner/manager seemed really annoyed about that. She didn’t even apologize. She offered to fix it, but I was afraid of what might happen next, so I declined and left in tears. I had to get quite a bit of hair cut off, because it was so badly damaged I could literally grab a hunk of it and tear it in half. This was back in February. It’s now August, and I am still waiting for this orange and dry-fried-gray mess to grow out. It will take me 3 years to get my hair back to the way it was. I wasn’t going to write a review, because small businesses are having such a tough time right now. But I can’t stop thinking about how many other unsuspecting people might have their hair ruined.
