Critical: ProfessionalismI had an appt and unfortunately I had to cancel and followed the cancellation policy of at least 24 advance. The receptionist called and had a very irritated/rude tone I had to RS. I was extremely apologetic and as I was telling her I had unexpected surgery which is why I had to RS, she cut me off and hung up while I was mid sentence. Honestly, with how nasty she was I will not return and regret referring friends.The receptionist needs to learn to be a more professional and perhaps listen to what a client has to say before she hangs up. Especially when a client follows the cancellation policy.In addition, My last haircut w a new hairdresser was not well done, uneven and choppy, but I realize she is new and my hair thickness can be tricky and gave her the benefit of the doubt as she’s learning. I even paid to get it redone. To be fair they offered to fix it, but my off days coincide with the salons making it challenging. I had an appt and unfortunately I had to cancel and followed the cancellation policy of at least 24 advance. The receptionist called and had a very irritated/rude tone I had to RS. I was extremely apologetic and as I was telling her I had unexpected surgery which is why I had to RS, she cut me off and hung up while I was mid sentence. She listens to what we want & uses her skill to advise & make it happen. We are tough too! One daughter gets split die & she has put a white streak in the front of my brown (mostly gray naturally) hair & I just love it. She can really style us too. I always want to go places after she styles my hair because it looks so cute. We always feel great after our visits to Salon Couture with Deanna!
