Thank you to Maria for being able to duplicate the picture of the style I took in and even making it better. Highly recommend this Salon for any of your hair needs. I got a balayage for the first time, as well as a trim, and I was so impressed with Leah’s work! My hair came out beautifully! Leah explained everything well, is very professional and kind, and did an amazing job on my hair!! The hair salon itself is cleanly and well kept with friendly staff! I was so happy with this experience, and I will definitely be making Leah and Salon Council my new hair stylist and salon!

I’m very shy and have a hard time communicating what I like. Sonia took a look at what I asked for and immediately understood. Her attention to detail was amazing for both hair and eyebrows. The service and space was also excellent, and the front desk manager was very polite and professional. They have amazing deals and gave me three free coupons at the end of my visit. I am extremely happy with the service I received from Allan at Salon Council Pines. Allan assessed my hair and asked me many questions about what I would like to see done with it. He then told me his exact plan for my cut. I felt very relaxed and comfortable and knew my hair was in great hands. I don’t think my hair has ever looked better! He is so skilled and knowledgeable! Sonia was absolutely AMAZING!! I was nervous to go to a new salon because I have mixed curly hair and usually it’s hard to find someone who understands how to cut layers in curls. She listened to all my concerns talked through the plan with me and even checked to make sure I was comfortable with how much she was cutting as she went along. She was super professional but also very warm and kind. And my haircut came out SO GOOD! She achieved exactly what I requested — to keep my length but add layers for volume. I am so happy I found this salon on Google and will definitely be returning again and again.

Gloria was extremely friendly and made sure that I was well taken care of. She made sure that my hair was exactly the way I wanted it to be during the whole process. Her English is limited, but that’s not a problem and she was still able to make sure I was happy with the service I received. My hair came out great! I’m not the average client. I call for an appointment randomly, like 2-3x a year for “the works”…roots, full color, partial & full highlights, cut, style, dry. I have NEVER been disappointed. I’ve used different stylists over time (because of my irregular visits) and I’ve had some more than once. I can’t pick a favorite. If COUNCIL hired them, that’s good enough for me ‼️ Major thumbs up & 5 ⭐️ for this professional, clean, friendly & fabulous salon❤️❤️❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
