DO NOT GO HERE! I have beautiful healthy very long hair and I went here to get a CLARIFYING SHAMPOO. Rachel I believe her name is washed my hair, put a hair mask in, and let me sit for 8 minutes. She came back towel dried my hair and when I sat up MY HAIR WAS MATTED LIKE I HADNT BRUSHED IT IN 20 YEARS!!!! Although I had brushed my hair right before coming in here. She then proceeded to rip out my hair with a wet brush until she decided to take me back to the bowl for a conditioner I was towel dried again and more of ripping my hair out with a wet brush. She even took the top off a detangler bottle and poured it in my hair. I was not asked to pay for this service obviously since she could’ve RUINED my hair. I left with my hair matted so badly and chunks dangling from the ends. Not cool. This is not okay to do to someone. I spent ALL of the rest of the day dematting my poor beautiful hair. You just CANT do this to someone in this profession. And this was A HAIR WASH!!!

I have been using Vikki as my hairstylist for the last 3 years for both cuts and color. She joined Salon Corbeau about a year ago and it has only gotten better. The salon is always neat and clean and everyone there has always been professional and friendly. My children always feel welcome and my 18 year old boys now make their own appointments with Vikki. That says alot when you can make an 18 year old happy! I would highly recommend both Vikki and Courtney to anyone who is looking for a new stylist. You won’t be disappointed.

This salon gets two stars ONLY because of the wonderful stylist Megan who cut and colored my hair. Megan personally earned FOUR out of five stars. Unfortunately, Megan failed to do a preliminary patch or strand test before coloring my hair (the ONLY reason I’d give less than 5 stars to my experience with her). A couple of hours after my appointment, I started experiencing an allergic reaction on my scalp. I contacted Megan the next day and politely and and respectfully told her about the reaction (while assuring I was still satisfied with my hair and appreciated her service and didn’t mean to insult her talents) and asked for my money back. She handled the situation professionally and kindly: apologized, recommended I wash my hair immediately, did some research on the product and shared the information with me, and put matters into her boss’s hands. When the salon owner, Courtney, contacted me, she was short, rude, and dismissive. She even attempted to blame ME for the incident, and offered me a refund for 2/3 of my service cost. 2/3 of my salon visit is NOT going to pay for my doctors visit and the three prescriptions I had to purchase to treat the allergic reaction!

I called in desperation after having a disastrous hair dying job done elsewhere! They were able to squeeze me in the following day and Vikki performed MIRICLES on my hair! I have never been happier with the way my hair turned out nor with the service I received. I will never go anywhere but Salon Corbeau again! Thank you Vikki!

Kylene is fantastic. I live 45 minutes away and pass at least a dozen salons before reaching Salon Corbeau but there isn’t a salon or hairstylist that can compare to the expertise and intimate salon vibe received at Salon Corbeau.
