Absolutely love this FAMILY owned business. I’ve been going to CNT Nails since day one when they opened. I have never met people as nice as everyone who works there. Always very professional and they make you feel like your a friend not just a customer. Thao has been my go to for years she has watched my kid grow up as I have hers. I love my visits just catching up on all her kids new adventures and their successes. She is by far my favorite always smiling and joking. She is the life of the whole place she never meets a stranger she welcomes everyone. I love this place and anyone who has a bad word to ever say about anyone there well they are just full of it because everyone there is beyond nice and they all go above and beyond for their clients.

I love the person that does my nails here and deserves a 5 star but the lady owner several times has yelled at employees and is rude, she answered the phone once and has such an attitude. It gets me upset when i go and hear her talk to others in a degrating matter

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI was looking for a salon that had good reviews and photos to match their reviews when I found this place. My mom and I called, they were accepting walk-ins and were able to accommodate us immediately. I am a mom of a 10 month old, no babysitter so I had no choice but to bring my son. He needed a nap and I was worried I’d be judged for his fussy behavior but thankfully he was good, & they didn’t mind the short moments when he was fussy. They could relate to the life of kids which was a relief. The workers are very nice, friendly, engage in social conversation & really connected with us as if we were family or friends of theirs. We both got the Deluxe Pedicure. It was very nice & relaxing, they went above and beyond ensuring their work was done the RIGHT WAY. I am very pleased with my pedicure and looking forward to my next pedicure with them. I was looking for a salon that had good reviews and photos to match their reviews when I found this place. My mom and I called, they were accepting walk-ins and were able to accommodate us immediately. I am a mom of a 10 month old, no babysitter so I had no choice but to bring my son. My first time ever being here and decided to rate so that anyone else that goes knows… Nancy is not the best when it come to do any current style nails. I asked from the beginning are you able to do this style of nail she says yes. In the end no she cannot and she said her sister and brother do it better… REALLY!! I would of preferred to wait! She complained that it was taking to long and making her tired doing my nails. Which I thought was so rude and unprofessional. She didn’t have the nail polish I would of liked to have so right in my face she pours another lighter nail polish in the bottle that was darker and said that the new bottle the shade came lighter when I can visually see they are NOT THE SAME COLOR. Very disappointed in her service. Didn’t like the way my nails ended up so it was a waist of 40 dollars. The up keep for keeping there nail products clean was not the standards these nail salons need to be.. Nothing was sanitized. Or new…. I have no idea how these reviews are higher stars… Very disappointed. Went home and cut them off they just looked horrible. I’m paying you just please take your time… I hate some of these nail salons … Always a rush and do a horrible job….
