Bought a Groupon for a partial highlight, cut and oil treatment. My appointment was with Nancy. This was my first time at this salon. My appointment was at 12:30 which I was on time for, and I was not taken until 12:45 because Nancy was getting her nails worked on by the salon’s manicurist. Ok, whatever…so she seemed nice, I told her what I wanted. After processing the color I had the oil treatment on my hair for 15 min, the wash girl, rinsed me off and put me in Nancy’s chair for a cut which I proceeded to wait another 15 minutes with wet and cold hair so Nancy could get her nails finished. I thought WOW, for a first time client she sure is making a crappy first impression! I didn’t say anything right away because she was to cut my hair and I didn’t want her to screw it up out of spite! After my hair cut and style (which was just mediocre) I asked if the owner was in..she was not. I told the nice lady at the front desk about my experience and that I would not be back. The receptionist was very nice and apologetic and said she would let the owner know. You think the owner would have reached out to me (if in fact she was aware) but no, never did. I would not recommend this place for the lack of customer service and skill set.

I purchased 2 Groupon for a nail service. First appointments of the day. We get there, there is only 1 nail tech Alexa, who told us she didn’t do designs, so we could only pick colors (very few options). Then didn’t sanitize the tools before using them on my friend (thank goodness we knew each other), didn’t have us soak our hands or use cuticle lotion before scraping our nails and cuticle. So now our nails are all scraped up. Then tried to veer my friend from her colors & used a darker shade than I wanted. Was not very friendly or talkative. Then to top it all off, 6 of the 10 of my nails bubbled and peeled. And my friends nails were like thinly polished and some not fully covered. We went on the 5th and yet $40 are down the drain because I have nothing to show not even 24 hours later. This is beyond ridiculous. I DEFINITELY will not go back there again. The hair stylists were great and friendly to us though…but weren’t their clients.

The worst nail experience I ever had. She gave me bad and negative criticizes about my cuticles since minute 1. She even said that I should not expect her to spend time with my cuticles because I bought a Groupon. She called all this ‘advice’ for her clients. I would never go back there. Very, very rude person and very judgmental with her clients. I would never recommend her to nobody.
