First, let me say that I have only written 5-star positive reivews on google and am a person who rarely feels the need to point out the negatives, because I know everyone makes mistakes and has bad days. BUT I wish I can give them zero stars. I made an appointment with the head designer via phone on a weekday evening. As I arrived a little early, I was asked to sit and wait- which I gladly did. 28 minutes after my reserved time, the receptionist walks over to let me know that the head designer won’t be cutting my hair, letting me know a different designer was available (without asking me first). If this was a true mistake or if they were too busy, I really wouldn’t have minded because things happen. However, I saw the receptionist and the head designer sitting down just chatting away for half an hour before her approaching me, as if she was refusing me as a client after watching me wait.

I got my hair done at Salon Cheongdam a couple weeks ago. I’ve got “Magic Straight Perm” from the root to the mid + “C-curl Perm” on the end, also with some haircut. The stylist(owner) sounded very confident of what to do. Since I had no idea about what I wanted, I just let her do whatever she thinks it’d be the best for me. It turned out really great and I’ve got lots of compliments on my new hair. Will definitely go back to her for my next hair
