Critical: QualityThe owner colored my hair. The color did not turn out well. I contacted the owner/stylist she agreed to fix the color. I went back she never show up for the appointment, I called, left messages, texted no response. My hair color change so many shades of cotton candy. Not good a business women. The owner colored my hair. The color did not turn out well. I contacted the owner/stylist she agreed to fix the color. I went back she never show up for the appointment, I called, left messages, texted no response. My hair color change so many shades of cotton candy. Not good a business women. Save your self from the unreliability. Be blessed

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueArrived 25 minutes early to meet the stylist Kenni for a loc retwist and style ( 1/30/22) upon entering the salon it was dirty and the stylist there didnt greet me she kept looking at her watch giving me side eye and messing with the television I stood there for all of 2 minutes when she finally spoke it was a “can I help you” with a nasty attitude. I said no and left I refuse to patronize an establishment that lacks professionalism. Arrived 25 minutes early to meet the stylist Kenni for a loc retwist and style ( 1/30/22) upon entering the salon it was dirty and the stylist there didnt greet me she kept looking at her watch giving me side eye and messing with the television I stood there for all of 2 minutes when she finally spoke it was a “can I help you” with a nasty attitude. I sat and waited for around 20 minutes before having to leave. I called back when I got home at around 10:40am and was put on the phone with Kenni who told me she had just gotten to the store. I told her what had happened and she responded with “Uh okay…do you want to come back later?” I asked why I was not notified that she would be late and she immediately had an attitude and said “I couldn’t find my keys, I’m sure you’ve lost things before too.” I immediately hung up. I booked a $300 appointment for Tuesday at 10am with Kenni. I arrived at 10am and was presented with a closed store. I sat and waited for around 20 minutes before having to leave. I called back when I got home at around 10:40am and was put on the phone with Kenni who told me she had just gotten to the store.
