Went in with long naturally curly hair down to my waist and asked for the dead ends to be cut off specifically no shorter then armpit level. Most of the haircut was done with my hair gathered behind me and by the time I realized how much she had cut off my hair was to my shoulders… hate my hair now everytime I look in the mirror but was too shocked to say anything at the salon. Don’t know if it was a communication problem as the hairdresser had hearing aids but I even showed her how long I wanted it so I don’t know what happened. Will not be going back there again overpriced and not pleased with the results whatsoever. Kept trying to convince myself that it’s cute but I can’t lie anymore it’s not what I asked for
