I was a first time client of Abbi’s at Salon CC. It was a cute salon, with very clear cut signs of how to get to it from the outside of the brick building (also plenty of parking). She greeted me right away and was super pleasant, I felt like she took her time to make sure my pedicure and manicure were perfectly done. The Salon has a positive atmosphere, clean spaces and a rustic, yet modern feel. Highly recommend Abbi for your manicure and pedicure needs.

Got a gel mani-pedi on Thursday 3/4 for my trip. By Saturday the nails were peeling. No swimming, no dish washing, nothing and still by Tuesday when I got back that’s what they looked like. I told the lady I had ingrown nails on my toes so that she can remove them and instead she decided to completely avoided filing them and didn’t even clean under the nails on my hands or feet.

I got a gel manicure and pedicure last week by Kelsey after purchasing a Groupon. She was very sweet but the atmosphere was not what I expected. The didn’t have actual pedicure chairs, instead they filled up a “pedi bath” which is essentially a basin full of water and used that for the pedicures while you are sitting on an elevated bench with some pillows. I also didn’t notice her using a clean nail file/clean tools which should have been a red flag. My toes did come out nice so I don’t want to complain about that and they have lasted me a week so far, I’m hoping to get at least a month out of them. But as I am getting my pedicure done, a mouse came scurrying across the salon and everyone just pretends like it didn’t just happen. From a sanitary aspect, I was not happy with the salon at all. I then go over to the station to get a gel manicure. It was nothing special but got the job done. I loved the color and was hoping they would last me a few weeks as they should and have when done by other salons. By day 2, the polish was already peeling off my nail on a few of my fingers. I called and they had me come in to get it fixed, which I did and was grateful they were willing to do so free of charge. It’s only been a few days since getting my nails fixed and only 3 have polish left on them. I have never left a review for any place before but I am extremely disappointed with the outcome.

Just got my nails done here with a friend for her engagement. We used the groupon for gel manicures, and everyone loved her nails in her engagement photos. The building is under construction at the moment, but their suite is beautiful. Everyone there was such a pleasure!

New stylist Ashely just joined the Salon CC crew from her individual studio “Smashing, Darling”. I came into her studio to get a cut and balayage. I was completely unhappy with color results and her attitude/professionalism when letting her know. She was very unprofessional and had an attitude. Her comments included “its just hair” which shocked me since that is her profession.

Very unprofessional treatment. I got a Groupon for a gel manicure, made a 4:00 pm appt that day because I had some holiday events. I was running behind in Friday afternoon traffic on Lowell St, by the mall, so I called the owner to let her know. Had trouble finding the salon, which is in an office building with no signage.

I came here before to get my hair done for a friends wedding and when I saw a Groupon for a package of 3 facials with Kelsey, I figured it was worth a try. Kelsey went above and beyond! I’m not the kind of person who can even take naps during the day but I swear I’ve almost fallen asleep during facials they are so relaxing! I think the key is that she tailors your experience to what you’re looking for. I don’t want to walk out in pain with the red face and I never do when I see Kelsey.
