Everyone was so polite there but I had gotten highlights and I didn’t get what I expected. I showed the girl what I wanted with my hair and gave me the opposite of what I wanted and my hair is completely falling out every time I brush my fingers through my hair or comb it. I did not pay $110 dollars for my hair to look like complete crap.
