Asked for shoulder length and curtain bang. Showing a picture of Hilary Duff. She absolutely butchered my hair. Rushed me through the appointment. I was very upset because I just had a baby, lost a lot of hair and had low confidence. I told her this and she seemed annoyed I was even talking to her. I had to attend my SIL’s baby shower and I am ashamed of the photos. Looking back I just want to cry. I haven’t had a hair cut in awhile because of what happened.

I took my fiancé here for a haircut, and it was the worst first experience ever! Our hair stylist, Susan, did an awful awful AWFUL job. My fiance asked her to cut his hair shorter in specific areas but her response was…”Sorry, I can’t get it.” Seriously? We didn’t know how to react to that. We were speechless. Another thing that shook me was the way Susan let her client, my fiance, leave the salon with hair all over my fiance’s neck, face, and ears. She didn’t wash my fiance’s hair. I’m confused, does Capri not wash clients’ hairs after haircuts? We left the salon looking worse than walking in. We paid $35, and it was a waste of money. We won’t be going to Salon Capri ever again. I honestly think giving a one star is too much for rating. Very unhappy, disappointed, and unsatisfied.

Salon Capri has great stylists! Dedham location is far ride for me but Jill is definitely worth it…Jill is an excellent stylist would definitely recommend!

While my haircut came out good, my stylist David was clearly rushing to the point that he was rough and careless. While my haircut came out good, my stylist David was clearly rushing to the point that he was rough and careless. Called to inquire about an appointment and the receptionist was sooo rude to me. Clearly she hates her job but she shouldn’t take it out on potential customers! Will never go there now.
