The woman who was doing my sisters hair got so rude with us because she wanted blonde and light brown highlights. I asked about a toner and she looked at me like I was retarded and got smart with me. She started to say that since my sister wanted “sooo much done to her hair” she wouldn’t have time for my mom! We came in the morning! Is that how you treat customers?! First time there too. Don’t go here they’re super rude for no reason. I won’t ever go here again. I would rate a zero. Apparently it’s bad to want to get highlights and that woman thinks she knows it all.

So I called around 730pm they close at 800pm, I wanted a brailizan wax and they called their beautician, her name is Noelle, she’s a bright honest human who gave me more than a wax, she gave me positive insight on life, my problems and courage. She is an awesome person and has a lot of skills on skin and hair like lashes and brows. For example, I consistently have dry skin and she let me know that the popular soap I was using was drying my skin, and she recommended another soap for the same price but, better for your skin. The salon is very clean and homey. 20 stars for my wax, experience, cleaniness, and professionalism. Thank You Noelle and Salon C. Also, I was able to receive wide advice over the phone from the receptionist about Wal-Mart wax kits, she gave a throught out response as to why Wal-Mart wax kits aren’t ideal for people.
