Had my first visit today with Mel and it exceeded my expectations. The shop was clean, and the staff was courteous and welcoming.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityThey are very detailed and take the time to know what u want. The shampoo/condition and massage is very nice and i really like how professional and modern this salon is. I got my hair cut from waist length to shoulder length and i really like it! My only complaint and reason for 4 stars is they seemed to have over charged me. They told me on the phone, when i made the appointment, that i was getting the $50 kids cut (11-16, i am 16 yrsold). This is also stated on ther website. But after my hair cut, i was charged $70 for a women’s cut and their reasoning for this is that i have “adult hair”. This doesnt make any sense, age does not affect hair length and why would they put 11-16 for kids cut and then end up charging more afterwards without telling u.Service: HaircutThey are very detailed and take the time to know what u want.
