I got my permanent straightening from her and it got open after the first wash itself. I called her but she was not ready to help and told she can’t give any guarantee. Totally waste of time and money. She was not even responding my calls or messages. My hair got chemically treated and I can’t do anything on them for few months. It got more dry, freezy and bad.
