Usually a great experience using the VersaSpa, but 3 out of the last 5 times I went, the machine was down. They either need repair or don’t have the right solution, etc…. I strongly suggest calling before you go. And keep your fingers crossed that they answer the phone.

The beds are kept updated with fresh bulbs every few months which is great.BUT If you run your life on a schedule this place is not for you. They do not open at 7 (the website just isn’t updated), they open at 9… more like 9:15, 9:20. I have sat outside their doors for 20 minutes and nobody is there. I actually have never ever been able to walk in right at 9… it’s always at least 10, 15, 20 minutes after. The teeny-boppers who work there are very unprofessional. One night I walked in and the girl at the desk, clearly on a personal phone call, WALKED AWAY and completely ignored me so I had to go search for someone else to help me. Like I said, the beds do the job, but the service is AWFUL.
