New to area. Been to this salon 3 times within a year and a half. First time, a good experience. The second time not so much, rude, felt rushed and did not do what I asked. The third time I went was to fix the horrible balayage done to my hair by one of their stylists at the second visit. Since then I had to reschedule, I never did just not show up; I RESCHEDULED. 1.) For being called into work (I work in healthcare) 2.) I was exposed to covid and finally after waiting 2 months for a Saturday appointment 3.) Today, WITH ALL INTENTIONS of going to my appt tomorrow but sadly I woke up sick. I tried to reschedule for my appt TOMORROW and I was told in a very rude and unprofessional manner I am no longer allowed to be a customer there bc I have rescheduled 2 times and this being the third, I can’t come back. If I didn’t show up, I would understand but each time was/is a valid reason. Very poor customer service. I’ll travel back to Nassau to my OG girl… she does a better job than anyone I saw at this “trying to be upscale” salon.

THE BEST! Ive had terrible experiences with other salons in the past, but once i started going to Salon Brielle ive never even wanted to go to another salon. They are so friendly, and SO GOOD at coloring and styling. Monique, Jenna and the rest of the crew make you feel welcomed, comfortable and they do a fabulous job!

I have gone to the salon 3 times so far. It’s a very nice place and a friendly atmosphere. I had a cut and blow dry. It came out very nice.But,it wasn’t what I wanted all three times. I repeatedly asked for a specific cut. I was very unhappy when I didn’t get the cut I wanted. The hairdresser was very pleasant and did take a lot of time on blow drying my hair. I feel I’m paying for this and I should walk out happy.

I have been putting off getting a trim because I was new to the area and didn’t know any salons nearby but after doing some research and reading the reviews this place seemed to take good care of their customers without having a huge price tag. I called and they were able to fit me in that upcoming Saturday which was great and unexpected. Overall, a very nice salon with a youthful flair and nice hairdressers who actually listen to what you want. I was in and out within the hour!

Best salon experience ever!! I had my hair color ruined by another salon and I had an appointment with Jenna who reassured me I was in good hands and she couldn’t be more right. From when I walked in the door to walking out the experience was absolutely wonderful. Will definitely be returning in the future!
