Critical: Quality, ValueYou seriously cancelled an appointment because they were 8 mins out. That is unprofessional they called you and told you they were running behind and you just cancel their appointment I guess you are about rushing through clientele then giving a quality haircut. Get over yourself you’re not a doctor no one’s life is on the line traffic is traffic. I went in for a hair cut today and had Leeda as my hair stylist. She did amazing with cutting my hair and giving advice for future ways to style my hair. She also kept a great conversation going so it wasn’t an awkward silent hair cut. I will book an appointment again with Leeda in the future.

I am absolutely DISGUSTED with the work I had done here by a dresser named Leeda. I asked for a nice ombre from my natural color to blonde and she ended up dying actual stairstep of blonde chunks into my hair with absolutely no blending It looked like a dipped half of my hair unevenly into a bowl of bleach, not at ALL ombre. I actually started crying, so she added in highlights saying it would fix it. Long story short, I spent 5 hours and $120 on hideous, dry, ugly hair with stair steps and leopard splotches every where. Never again will I go here both because of her horrible “skills” and rudeness. Never once did she apologize or take fault, and she had the audacity to tell me it came out bad because I had my head tilted. What a load of BS and a waste of time and money this has been. I am absolutely disgusted, and my friends agree and are all turning away from Salon Bravo and taking their business elsewhere.
