Gabriella is the youngest but probably one of the most personable and professional hairdressers I’ve ever met, I think her youth contributes to her adaptability and ability to listen to her clients. I was very impressed with her understanding of my hair and what I wanted, I felt I could trust her immediately with my hair. Needless to say she did an excellent job on my cut and color. I will be going back to her in the future.

The service I experienced here was terrible and nothing like I have ever experienced in a salon before. When I came inside the shop I waited patiently for the receptionist to finish talking with another customer. When he finished he never greeted me or said anything so I had to initiate the conversation and say that I had an appointment. The whole time talking to him he did not once look at me or turn towards my direction and kept looking at his computer. This automatically made me feel very uncomfortable and I wanted to just walk out and say forget it just from that. But I decided to stay to give it a chance. Then when the stylist Gabby seen me she also gave a weird look and after just standing there talking with the receptionist she calls me back to her booth. She also did not give a welcoming attitude or vibe. She began to touch my hair and point out how thick it was and almost making it seem like it was a problem for the way my hair was textured. Then when I told her the style and color I wanted she told me I was wrong about what I wanted and suggested something else because it would be too difficult. After that I just decided that I would continue looking for a different hair salon. This was the worst experience I ever had at a salon and both people I had an encounter with made me feel very uncomfortable. I suggest if you are African American or a mixed ethnicity do not come to this salon!! They made me feel very uncomfortable and I don’t think they are skilled in doing thick curly hair.
