I haven’t stopped crying. He put the lightener on the blondish parts of my hair for the same amount of time as the dark brown and put me under the dryer. My hair is fried. The placement of the highlights isn’t uniform or blended. And they are splotchy because he didn’t get the toner evenly distributed i have random splotchy lines down my hair and one bright blonde one down the middle…. I wish I wouldn’t have paid for the service but he caught my eyebrow ring and it was bleeding and hurting and I was trying not to cry and I just wanted out of there.. he didn’t get all of the product rinsed out of my hair .. and when he did my cut he didn’t angle cut the front or texture my ends. Like i asked And the sides are uneven. Idk if he was new or what which upsets me.. When I made the appointment I specifically asked for someone experienced because I have alot of hair. If I have to cut all my hair off I’m going to be so upset.. I hate leaving bad reviews so I will say personality wise he was very pleasant and nice. But as a for my hair its a big NO for Zach… im still crying . sorry but I wouldnt recommend this place..

Critical: QualityTook my Mom there for her birthday to get her hair done. Zach was at desk answering phone and took her back. When she came out she was very upset.She has never had a worse haircut in her life.I asked her to go back and see if we can get it fixed and her response was, there’s not enough hair left to fix. Ashley patiently listened to my hair concerns and helped me to come up with a plan for my hair that has been through a lot in terms of bleaching and dyeing. She offered great suggestions and walked me through the process. Cut and color came out beautiful, and price was very reasonable. I will definitely be back.

Booked my boyfriend an appointment with Brittany and she was fantastic!! She was very personable and provided an excellent experience. He wasn’t sure what cut he wanted, but after showing Brittany a couple of photos she got the idea and made it happen without a problem! She was very patient with us and made us feel like we were regular clients of hers. I’ll definitely be booking an appointment for myself with her in the future!

Very Very unpleased with the customer service. Went in to get my hair died from bleach blonde to a rose gold, and I came out with dark red almost dark purple hair. I’m so unpleased, and when I called to tell the owner about the problem and how I wanted it fixed or my money back, he declined my call. Spent ALOT OF MONEY for my hair to look the way I wanted it to, and I go NO WHERE near it… And now my blonde will NEVER Come back the way it was without severe chemicals.
