I saw Holly for a highlight…it was the worst experience I’ve ever had! I only wanted highlights and she insisted on putting a color between the foils that didn’t match and bled all over in off patterns…I just cried and when asked she wouldn’t refund the money so I could go have it fixed. She also never offered to look at it or fix it…she did say for another $150 she would finish the job as she only did 1/2 the job. She also insisted she gave me a haircut that never happened! When I told her how unhappy I was she blew up my phone with private messages at inappropriate hrs…she did All this knowing I had Just had a stroke…if I had my way she would have her licenses removed!
