DO NOT USE OUTER BEAUTY SALON!!! She botched my hair and then wouldn’t fix it on top of hidden charges. $240 later I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed!!! I wish I could put picture of all the harsh lines in my hair on top of brassy multi colored highlights!! I’ve never had my hair messed up this bad. Pretty sure my kid could do better

Critical: ProfessionalismI got my hair dyed with Madison Amenta, not only was she running an hour behind but she completely ruined my hair. When i expressed how i didn’t like it and it was nothing compared to what i asked for she said she couldn’t fix it unless my hair was “damaged”. i was charged $230 for orange hair. I then went to her instagram to see my before & after pictures to find out if i’ve been blocked. how professional. Today was awful! I got a groupon to get my hair dyed and cut by Kylie at Wild Flower. I had to wait three weeks to see her not to mention drive 45 min there plus pay a sitter since i never get me time.
