She sent me home with foils still in my hair because she was running behind and waiting for another client. Front part of my hair was a solid yellow and the rest were sloppy highlights with bleedouts everywhere. I did not trust her to fix it so I went elsewhere to get it fixed. #Cassie smithwick in SUITE # 8 is extremely unprofessional and rude. I had an appointment with her today for a haircut. She did not cut my hairs properly when i asked her to fix it she got so furious and asked me to leave and snatched the gown (which they tie around neck during the haircut). This bruised my neck.When i took a picture of the frame which has all the information regarding TDLR, She asked not to take picture and told me that she runs her own business so there will be no action against her misbehavior and shouted me to leave otherwise she would call cope on me. Would definitely file complain against her.
