I called Groupon and got my money back. Later in the day Maria messaged me apologized and said she would honor the Groupon and made a appt for me. ( I like to give people second chances life happens) The day Of haircut I excepted a follow confirmation from her received no call or text. I messaged and called her with no response from her. She is irresponsible not professional at all. How the heck do you run a business like this ? I had an appointment at 2pm today for a cut and a little bit of color which would have cost $130. This would have been a great deal if Veronica was a bit better with time management. I went it at 2pm exactly (the set time for our appointment) and saw she was still working on someone else’ hair so she told me to wait a lil bit. At 2:15 she came back out to tell me to wait one more minute because she is almost done. This entire time I was still in the same seat in the hallway waiting. Then it becomes 2:30 and I get up to go see what is happening in her office and I see she is beginning to do another mans eyebrows. I’m a patient person but 30 minutes without at least an apology is ridiculous. I don’t like my time being wasted. This is the first time I’ve ever gone to a salon boutique and I’m not positive if waiting 30 minutes+ is a normal thing for them? I want to give another small practice in there a chance but my experience today was super annoying.

I visit here for eyebrow and upper lip threading & I absolutely love it! I see shokoh, her area is the far left corner at towards the back of the building. Shokoh always makes sure I’m happy with my shape and smoothness and takes her time to get you looking fabulous. Her prices are the cheapest I’ve come across in chandler.
