Love Salon Boninu! Everyone there has been excellent. I’ve been cut and/or colored by 3 diffent stylists there (Naomi and Sue, plus one other-she was great I’m just blanking on her name) and every time has been a great experience and I’ve walked out loving my hair. I’ve even starting taking my 6 year old daughter and I will say it is a huge difference taking her to a stylist that takes the time to give a her a cut compared to the hack jobs we’ve received at the chain little kid cut places. Very chill atmosphere with a great staff!

From the time I walked in the door, I was welcomed with smiles. The staff & Owner are very friendly & down to earth. The salon’s decor’ is relaxing & updated. I haven’t gotten my hair done there yet, I go to use their tanning beds. The rooms & beds are clean & comfortable. I’d recommend Salon Boninu, it’s a nice little escape.

I recently moved to Parkesburg PA, and found Salon Boninu. They have a great online appointment booking tool that made it super easy to schedule an appointment. My first appointment, I saw Heather. I walked in with an absolutely horrible haircut from a salon in MD that needed serious help. It was so horrible (lop sided, chunk of hair missing in the back, a ledge on one side and none on the other, the center back was so short it almost looked shaved), I dreaded going to work. Heather assessed my cut and put a plan together to get me back to normal, two cuts to get back to a layered angled bob. She trimmed my hair and when she was done, it was FANTASTIC! I walked out so happy and my hair was even. My second cut with Heather, my hair had grown out enough to get the angle back. Another awesome cut. My third visit, I wanted to go from coppery auburn to a merlot color. She showed me hair color swatches and we picked out a color. It covered grey 100% (I have about 30 to 40% grey), it was vibrant and beautiful, and hasn’t faded. Heather is a fantastic stylist and going to Salon Boninu is a fun and relaxing experience.

Waited forever to get my hair done because the stylist was working on two people at once. The client that was there before me didn’t like her hair so she had to go back and fix it, therefore the focus wasn’t on me. And I turned out not liking my hair at all. Bad experience.
