India has been my stylist for 3 years. She does wonders on natural hair. She is thoughtful with the service she provides and will ask qualifying questions to ensure you are satisfied with her work. This stylist is not scissor or heat happy. I’m always 100% satisfied with her work. The salon itself is a warm welcoming environment. A nice group of ladies who are serious about hair. India did my hair around three weeks ago. I was nervous because it was my first time applying heat on my hair in four years. I had gotten heat damage every time I got a silk press so I was worried. India was very friendly and made me feel so comfortable, explained what she was doing. She had a gentle hand and wasn’t scissor happy. The results looked amazing and at the end of the three weeks I had no heat damage!! If y’all are looking for a good stylist go to India, you won’t be disappointed!

Che is my stylist(little boss lady)…I RARELY write reviews but because of her professionalism and attention to detail I’m pleased EVERY time, and more importantly her honesty…I recently gave her too much money and instead of her accepting it as an EXTRA tip she emphasized the amount of money I gave her and gratefully she was right, it was not my intentions because a tip had already been given. She always asks if you’re satisfied before any money exchange which makes me know she takes pride in her work and cares how I feel.

Critical: QualityService was fine when I went in and the salon was really nice. However my curls dropped as soon within 6 hours and no it was not raining. But I wasn’t so much concerned with that. But what really has me leaving this this message is because the next day I tried to pull up my hair in a ponytail and right away the track started to come up. I sent a message and pictures to ask for a patch up and never received a message back at all. Pray I thought that was highly unprofessional and I didn’t appreciate it. Especially when I paid $250 which is on the higher side for getting the style and I felt as though I would pay that money for a certified professional style. Of which I did not received. So the whole time I had my hair done I had to readjust it constantly just to make it work so it wouldn’t keep showing the sides that were not sold in smoothly.So as far as the takeout now, I’m seeing that most of the parts near the edges were folded down which made the hair look bulky when I put it in a ponytail as well.One pro was that it was really quick.
