I called to try and schedule an appt the person who answered the phone said they had an opened slot at 12 pm. I said ok I’ll take it. She then said to hold she went to go talk to felicia over the phone it seems like she said she wouldn’t have time. I couldn’t understand they had music playing loud. The lady got back on the phone and said to be there at 12pm. I then asked her is everything OK do you guys have time if not I can go elsewhere it’s not a problem. I wanted to get a hair thinning. The lady said she does have the time to come on in. I walked in at 1154 am a couple minutes early. I also would of liked to know to bring a mask because it was mandatory. She then said to go to the bathroom to wash My hands and to go to the machine to take my temp. I who work in the medical field I don’t get upset if that are the rules of the solan it’s cool I’ll obey by it. I was supposed to meet felicia another lady came in she had the same appt time to see felicia at 12pm so that quickly gave me a red flag but I’m not trying to create drama so I stayed I waited 20 minutes until I finally got up of my chair to place my bag behind me felicia then later came up to me and said where you going to leave I said maybe she then said OK well I have a color I won’t have time do you want to reschedule I said nope thank you and walked away. This place I’m not sure if there work is good but there customer service is not good. When your appt is at 12 pm i expect to be worked on at 12pm or 1205 pm. When I called I did say are you guys busy if not I can go some where else. Communication is very important. Manager called me back and apologized. Which I appreciated maybe some day I will try them again hopefully the communication is better.

Awesome Service! Beautiful decor. Comfortable and updated with nice hair dryers. And they even put your legs up on futons to relax you. My hairstylist was Ms. Devan. She went above and beyond to make me comfortable.

Very classy,upscale and clean salon. I didn’t like the fact the lady that was putting a rinse in my head ask the other stylist as she was rinsing it out how would she know when the rinse was all out..(raised eyebrow). I have had better washes with my scalp been scratched n massage but I just didn’t wanna complain especially being I called and was able to be taken the same day ..the young lady was very nice n professional..didn’t really understand why she said once we were all done that she wasn’t charging me for the detangling when my hair was not tangled it was comb out in a ponytail under my wig..(I don’t do nappy hair wig or not)..I got the silk press package and a black dye put in my head..a little pricey but..I already knew what to expect because I have had my hair done here a few times in the pass by a lady that doesn’t work there anymore..but she use to really hook my hair up and give me that satisfying wash which is really my favorite part about going to the salon. My hair lasted about 2 days but I wasn’t really tripping on that because I haven’t been here in a minute..The owner was very nice and professional called me to see how my hair was holding up and gave me some pointers on how to revive my curls..I would still recommend this salon. I wanna go back and try someone else but I don’t wanna be looked at funny lol.

Great service!!!! All of the stylist do a awesome job and very friendly ,but Nina Bellamy has been styling my hair for YEARS!!!! She’s more than just an stylist to me I just LOVE HER and how HEALTHY and FLY she keeps my hair. I would follow her to the moon and back.
