I tried 3 different salons and never felt completely satisfied with the outcome, before finding Suzanne. She cuts and colors my hard-to-manage, thick, wavy, pre-mature grey hair and it has never looked better. Suzanne encouraged me to grow it long and try bangs, which I didnt think I could pull off. Well, it took ten years off my appearance and the compliments never stop. Best of all, the style is no/lo maintenance. The salon is lovely, with natural light, cool colors, modern/minimalist decor, mellow music and a tranquil vibe. It’s so clean one could do surgery. The staff is professional and friendly. Booking is a breeze through VIAGO and the app sends you periodic appointment reminders.Highly recommend. I tried 3 different salons and never felt completely satisfied with the outcome, before finding Suzanne. Critical: QualityI scheduled an appointment through Suzanne ( who I believe is the owner ) directly via text on Monday for a Wednesday blow out which she confirmed. I scheduled it an entire day around this appointment. I showed up and I was not on the books! I texted and called Suzanne to understand and she never responded! I am headed out tonight with hair that doesn’t look so great! I scheduled an appointment through Suzanne ( who I believe is the owner ) directly via text on Monday for a Wednesday blow out which she confirmed. I scheduled it an entire day around this appointment. I showed up and I was not on the books! I texted and called Suzanne to understand and she never responded!
