Will never book with them again! Booked an appointment a month ago because they were, supposedly, booked solid and had a wait list. I cancelled my appointment after receiving a reminder text about my appointment because I had to work. I was informed that because it was less than 24 hours notice (it was 23 hours and 40 minutes notice), I had to pay half of what the appointment would have cost (21.00).! My friend called back 15 minutes later to take my appointment and we were told the appointment had already been filled. Hello? Why am I being charged half? What a scam! Holy cow! What a horrible policy ! They should be ashamed at themselves.

Friend went to schedule an appointment a month ago, and was put on the wait list. They scheduled her for a day she could not attend and cancelled before the 24 hour mark, but right after she cancelled received a text demanding money for half down on the canceled appointment. That cancelled appointment was filled within minutes and when I called to question that policy especially since they were given a 24 hour notice, the receptionist could not give me an answer. So the so called owner, called my friend and said we were “harassing” her employees, just because I was questioning the policy of cancelling. Absolutely ridiculous, would not recommend this place to anyone. Super unprofessional

The salon is beautiful and clean, but the best part is definitely the staff and stylists! I’m always welcomed with a smile, and Marie Kathleen has done wonders for my hair. I also have A LOT of hair, so am usually in the chair for awhile, but the people are so friendly and the atmosphere so calming that I feel relaxed the whole time. I also love the product selection and found my new favorite shampoo/conditioner combo. Highly recommend!
