I hate to be one to complain but when I was greeted in the door I was asked what I wanted to do with my hair. I then said I’d like some length cut off and lots of layers. In return I got the length only cut off. I did not complain and paid my bill and even left her a tip. Because I’ve dealt with horrible customers before and I chose to cut my loses and go elsewhere to have my hair cut the way I wanted. Beautiful building and seems like a great local salon. I just wish I’d had a better experience.
